Shipping and Returns
UK Delivery
Our delivery ranges between £2 - £4 depending on the items weight and size. The price will be shown in checkout once product/s have been added to the basket.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Post Office or hand delivered by us dependant on location.
If you require your order for a certain date please contact us via direct message or email so we can confirm if it will get to you in time.
Contact us if you would prefer your item being dropped off and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
We do not offer a collection service.
Exchange
Our policy is exchange only which lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes; sale items, preordered items and swimwear.
Shipping
To return your product please direct message or email us to find out the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
